- All original tags and labels must remain attached
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we may offer:
- A replacement or exchange
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method
Please note that returns submitted without original packaging, tags, or labels may be subject to a partial deduction from the final refund amount.
For exchanges, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped or the issue was caused by our team.
Customized & Personalized Products
Customized or personalized items are generally considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or refund.
Personalized products include:
- Apparel with custom names or numbers
- Customized text or graphics
- Personalized design requests
- Special printed products
- Custom-made orders
However, returns or replacements may be approved if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong customization was produced
- A manufacturing or production error occurred on our side
Approved exchanges for personalized products may require an additional customization fee. Refunds may exclude original customization charges.
How to Return a Product
Before returning an item, please ensure:
- All original tags remain attached
- Original packaging is included
- The item is safely packed for shipping
Please include the following information inside the return package:

Returns sent without prior customer support approval may experience processing delays.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

- 10 working days for international orders
